Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) effectively targets many issues and helps to train the brain and body to function better with minimal sessions. I also use other approaches to make sure I meet the needs of each unique client. Therapy focuses on reducing symptoms & improving life.

While I specialize in PTSD & anxiety, I also treat depression, insomnia, teen issues, tinnitus, sexual difficulties, chronic pain, tic disorders, breaking habits, stress management & more. Life is short. The brain is tricky. Why do problems stick around & how much better could life be? It's important to work to take back control to live life feeling balanced, free, aware, and fulfilled.
I became a psychologist because of my passion for working with people, my interest in the human mind, & the realization that certain types of treatment work really well. Self-reflection, awareness & action open doors to greater fulfillment. I help my clients move toward that. I speak often on these issues and provide consultation to organizations + therapy to individuals.
