I offer mental health treatment that has been shown to work well and work quickly. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) effectively targets many issues and helps to train the brain and body to function better with minimal sessions. I also integrate other approaches (DBT, ACT, and more) to make sure I meet the needs of each unique client.
Video therapy has been shown to be just as effective as office therapy when the right approach is used. It also comes with many benefits like less commute time and convenient scheduling (appointments from your home or lunch break). I do hold office sessions one week per month in San Antonio at my office by The Pearl.
I offer a private, comfortable & safe atmosphere where you can be sure you're getting the best treatment for you. While I specialize in trauma & anxiety, I also treat depression, insomnia, teen issues, tinnitus, sexual difficulties, chronic pain, tic disorders, difficult habits, stress, relationship issues, & more.
